Quick and easy hangover relief

People complain of headaches, nausea, and misery that follow a night of excessive drinking. Unlike my other posts, people don’t come into my office complaining of this. This is usually friends. Or family. Especially around the holidays. Or big, obligatory gatherings that compel one to drink. That’s what I hear, anyway.

This is faster, cheaper and more effective than aspirin or espresso. Everyone still has coffee. Because, you know, it’s coffee.

Get a chunk of ice and a cloth to dry as you wipe.

Rubbing the ice on your jaw and above your ear while opening your mouth widely 3-4 times can be even more relieving.
