This protocol treats the rectus abdominus through NeuroMuscular Therapy (NMT). Pelvic balancing and other approaches are discussed in self-care and therapist notes.

One should only do this with the necessary expertise to understand contraindications. Proper techniques are essential for safe and effective treatment.
